Refreshed New 2024 Ford Puma Rendered

Ford is getting ready to update the Puma crossover car for Europe. This is important because the Fiesta, which is similar, is no longer available, so the Puma becomes Ford’s basic model in Europe.

The new Puma won’t look completely different; it’s more like a makeover. They’ll change the front of the car with new headlights, grille, and bumper. The Ford logo will move inside the grille. Changes at the back will be subtle, and the taillights will stay the same.

The big news is that they’re making an electric version of the Puma. It will use parts from Ford’s E-Transit Courier van and might have around 134 horsepower. It will also charge really fast, adding 54 miles of range in just 10 minutes with a special charger. The electric Puma will look different at the front, with a closed-off grille and other electric car features.

Ford will still offer regular gasoline engines for the Puma. They’ll keep the 1.0-liter EcoBoost hybrid, which can have different power levels: 123, 153, or 168 horsepower, depending on the version. They might also offer a faster version called the Puma ST with a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine making about 197 horsepower.

We don’t know exactly when Ford will show the new Puma, but they’ll make it in Romania, along with the E-Transit Courier. Some people say it won’t be ready until late next year, and it probably won’t come to the US, even though the Ford CEO said he wanted to bring the Puma ST to the US a couple of years ago.

So, we’ll have to wait a bit longer to see the new Puma, but it’s coming, and it should be interesting!
