We recently had some fun imagining what a Corvette C8 ZR-1 might look like and guessing the features of this exciting new car.

Remember, our designs aren’t what the real ZR-1 will look like – they’re just for fun!

We do however have a good feeling about the specs of the 2025 ZR-1 model. The ZR-1 will take the Z o 6’s basics and add an even more powerful engine – a twin-turbo version of the Z o 6’s 5 point 5-liter V-8, which could have over 800 horsepower.

The ZR-1 will keep the Z06’s rear-wheel drive and will probably have some cool aerodynamic features like a massive rear wing and front splitter, along with a Z07 like track package. The ZR-1 might be a bit heavier than the Z06 because of its turbo parts and the need for better cooling for the engine, but we think the extra power will make it accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in less than 2.5 seconds. This means it’ll be the fastest Corvette on the track while still being comfortable to drive on the streets, just like the Z06. We expect the new ZR-1 to cost over $160,000.
