The 2024 Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door Coupe receives notable updates for its six-cylinder models in Europe. Both the GT43 and GT53 feature a redesigned front apron, drawing inspiration from the more powerful V8-powered GT63 model. Despite these exterior changes, the powertrains remain the same for both models.

The GT43 continues to offer 367 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque, allowing it to reach 62 mph in 4.9 seconds and achieve a top speed of 168 mph. On the other hand, the GT53 boasts a more powerful 435 horsepower and 384 lb-ft of torque, reducing the 0-62 mph time to 4.5 seconds and increasing the top speed to 177 mph.

Both the GT43 and GT53 are mild-hybrid models, incorporating an electric motor capable of temporarily boosting power by an additional 22 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque. This not only enhances performance but also contributes to improved fuel efficiency and lower emissions.
