With its products, technologies and services, Mercedes-Benz Trucks is underlining its commitment to providing haulage industry companies with the trucks that best meet their needs, either with conventional or electric drive systems.
While the Actros F is geared towards the interplay of cost efficiency and functionality, the luxurious Actros L sets new benchmarks in the premium long-distance truck segment.

The full-scale production in Wörth of the eActros for heavy-duty distribution transport from October 2021 is set to be followed by the eEconic for municipal use in the second half of 2022.

The eActros LongHaul with its range of around 500 kilometres is scheduled for series production in 2024, while the GenH2 Truck with hydrogen-based fuel-cell drive system is due in 2027 and will offer a range of 1000 kilometres or more. Both are intended to make locally CO2-neutral road haulage possible even for long-haul transport operations.

Mercedes-Benz is committed to the Paris Climate Agreement and aims to switch its portfolio completely to electrically powered trucks by 2039.

Comprehensive advice and strategic partnerships on subjects such as integration into the fleet, charging infrastructure and network connections ensure even greater efficiency in the deployment of electric trucks.

Customer-focused services and digital solutions for economic fleet operation contribute to the optimisation of total operating costs.
With the latest driver assistance systems such as the emergency braking assistant with pedestrian detection, Sideguard Assist with active braking function and Active Drive Assist for partially automated driving, Mercedes-Benz Trucks is consistently closing in on its vision of achieving accident-free driving.
