New 2024 Porsche Cayenne Exterior Leaked

Get ready to feast your eyes on the fresh-faced 2024 Porsche Cayenne, set to make its debut on April 18. Porsche has granted select European publications access to the interior of the new Cayenne and the design of the new SUV was leaked through the vehicles infotainment system. This resulted in showcasing renderings of the vehicle’s exterior.

Diving deeper into the specifics, the latest incarnation of the Cayenne dons some noticeable changes on the front end. The newly redesigned headlights steal the show, sporting four distinctive lighting elements inside, a deviation from its current counterpart. The lights are also enclosed by a boxier surround, exuding an air of muscularity. Observing the hood, the creases appear to have been elevated, granting the automobile a more chiseled appearance. Unlike the previous version, the updated model has scrapped the running lights from the lower fascia.

At the rear, one of the most significant modifications is evident in the taillights. The full-width lights have an even thickness throughout, without tapering in the middle. Unfortunately, due to the angle of the video, it’s challenging to discern whether significant changes have occurred to the bumper.

The 2024 Cayenne’s interior has undergone a complete overhaul, also, flaunting a larger 12.6-inch digital instrument cluster, complemented by a 12.3-inch infotainment screen, providing ample space for drivers to keep tabs on all relevant vehicle metrics. An optional 10.9-inch passenger display is available, adding an extra layer of convenience.

The center stack, positioned at an angle, boasts HVAC controls featuring a sleek glass surface over a black panel. This section is home to a mix of physical controls and haptic feedback. Additionally, the vehicle comes standard with a cooled, inductive charging pad, so drivers can juice up their devices on the go.

Surprisingly, despite not making its debut until April 18, we have already gathered a wealth of information about the 2024 Cayenne. The base model packs a punch with its turbocharged 3.0-liter V6, generating a robust 349 horsepower and 369 pound-feet of torque. As for the S, the twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 replaces the existing twin-turbo 2.9-liter V6, providing 468 hp and 442 Pound Foot of torque, making for a potent powerhouse. The E-Hybrid boasts 463 hp and 479 Pound Foot of torque, with a battery capacity of 25.9 kilowatt-hours. The lineup is expected to add a more potent Turbo S E-Hybrid in the future.

According to the latest information, select trim levels of the updated Cayenne will likely hit showrooms before the end of the year, but pricing details are not yet available. It is important to note that Porsche’s head of finance stated significant price hikes for the 2024 model year products would occur in mid-2023, so keep your eyes peeled for more information.
