Orders for the new hybrid versions of Jeep Renegade and Compass open today in Italy, France and Germany; other European markets follow soon.

New hybrid versions of Jeep® Renegade and Compass offer customers a new point of entry into the electrified Jeep range

New models follow the successful introduction of the Jeep 4xe plug-in hybrid range.

New Hybrid powertrain debuts 4-cylinder 1.5-liter turbo petrol engine delivering 130 hp and 240 Nm of peak torque, coupled with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.

Hybrid technology integrates a 15-kW electric motor producing 55 Nm of torque (135 Nm at transmission input level) to propel the wheels even when internal combustion engine is turned off.

Advanced hybrid system allows full electric propulsion at launch, at low speeds, when cruising and in parking maneuvers.

New powertrain delivers up to 15% lower consumption and CO2 emissions than the previous petrol versions.

Advanced technology and ADAS features include Highway Assist, a driver assistance system for level 2 (L2) autonomous driving available on Jeep Compass.

Special edition model features sustainable material and components from recycled plastics.
