Toyota Dealer Auctioning GR Corolla Morizo #001 For Charity

Longo Toyota, known as the world’s biggest Toyota dealership, has an exciting event lined up for this month. They’re putting up a 2023 Toyota GR Corolla MORIZO for auction, and here’s the best part – all the money they make from this auction will be going to support El Monte Schools and Vision To Learn. Now, that’s some good news!

This specific GR Corolla is quite special because Toyota only made 200 of them. Longo Toyota is auctioning off badge number #001, which is like having the very first piece of something cool. The auction itself is happening online, from October 18th to the 24th. On October 24th, they’ll announce who gets to drive away with this unique car.

But wait, there’s more! The amount of money the highest bidder offers will be matched by Longo Toyota and donated to these charities. So, the more it sells for, the better it is for the schools and Vision To Learn.

To make this happen, Longo Toyota is teaming up with a digital auction platform called Bring a Trailer (BaT). They’re the ones listing the car for auction, and guess what? They’re also chipping in by donating their buyer fee to the same charities once the auction is over.

And if you’re wondering how the car will get to its new owner, don’t worry. RunBuggy, a car transportation tech company, will deliver it to the lucky winner anywhere in the continental U.S. without any extra cost. So, not only can you get a fantastic car, but you can also help out some great causes in the process. It’s a win-win situation!
