New 2024 Toyota Tacoma Pickup Truck Rendered

Recently, images of what seems to be the 2024 Toyota Tacoma were released in a Brazilian filing. The images were in black and white, so Kolesa created a rendering of the pickup in color. Although the filing was from Brazil, the truck is expected to look similar in the US.

The new Tacoma shares many design similarities with the Tundra, including stylized slats beneath the headlights and a similar mesh design in the center of the smaller octagonal grille. It also has integrated rectangular fog lights in the bumper. Kolesa added a skid plate and hood scoop not present in the original filing from Brazil.

The fenders and lower door creases have a similar design to the Tundra. The back of the truck has a traditional tailgate and bracket-shaped taillights. Kolesa added Tacoma branding and an exhaust behind the passenger-side rear wheel. The Brazilian filing is similar to a Toyota pickup concept from December 2021.

The new Tacoma is expected to ride on the TGNA-F platform and offer two engine options: a 2.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder and a hybrid version of the same engine. The base engine produces 265 hp and 309 lb. ft. of torque, while the hybrid makes 366 hp and 406 lb. ft. of torque. The new Tacoma is expected to debut before the end of the year for the 2024 model year.
