New 2022 Jeep Renegade Previewed in Brazil

Jeep today releases the second video teaser of the New Jeep Renegade, revealing the entire car in advance and showing some design changes inside and out. In the previous film, in which the vehicle was still camouflaged, the focus was on its Trail Rated off-road capability – the largest in the segment, in addition to presenting the new T270 Turbo Flex engine for 4×2 and 4×4 versions.

The 40-second video begins by resuming the “T270 4×4” badge, reinforcing the message that the model is now equipped with the new thruster in vehicles with both types of traction. Afterwards, images of the car in action are shown, proving the good performance of the model. Next, details of the new features begin to appear, such as the new grille and the new headlamps with DRL (Daytime Running Light) in motion with an arrow function. After a scene with the New Jeep Renegade on an off-road trail, images come from the panel with 8.4″ multimedia center, in addition to the new and modern steering wheel and Full Digital instrument panel.

Then more passages of the moving vehicle are presented, now overcoming a flooded stretch, and the seats with the Trailhawk version logo, star of the teaser, with red stitching and some more external images of the vehicle from above and from the front are shown, in addition to of the sunroof and hood with version sticker. Finally, the Trail Rated seal enters, which ensures that the vehicle excels in traction, submersion capacity, articulation, maneuverability and height above the ground, and the rear is presented in more detail, with a focus on the new lights. The video ends with footage of the model showing its peak performance in sand, water and asphalt.

Leader among compact SUVs again in 2021 and with more than 350,000 units sold since it started being produced in Brazil in 2015, the Jeep Renegade will arrive with these and other changes soon. It will bring even more performance, technology and security. It is worth saying that, even with some new design features, it will retain all its iconicity.
