Lexus is making some big waves with the 2024 TX, a three-row crossover that’s here to fill the gap left behind when the RX L said its goodbyes. This new model is quite exciting, offering a bunch of different options for what makes it go vroom-vroom to cater to all kinds of drivers.

So, let’s dive right into it. The 2024 TX is going to come in three flavors, or as they call them, powertrain variants. First up, we’ve got the TX 350. This guy can muster up 366 horsepower and a respectable 409 lb-ft of torque. And if you’re really all about that green life, there’s the TX550h+ with a 3.5-liter V6 plug-in hybrid engine, serving up an estimated 406 horses and a jaw-dropping 33 miles of electric-only driving.

Now, let’s talk about the looks. The 2024 TX is all about being sleek and cutting through the wind like a hot knife through butter. Upfront, you’ve got what they call the “Unified Grille,” which basically connects the headlights with a little trim piece. In the back, they’ve added a fancy L-shaped light bar that goes all the way across, giving it an extra touch of class.

Inside the 2024 TX, you’re in for a treat with all the modern goodies. There’s a whopping 12.3-inch infotainment screen and a head-up display that makes you feel like you’re driving in the future. They’ve thrown in wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and if you’re a real audiophile, you can upgrade to a 21-speaker Mark Levinson sound system. Plus, with seven charging outlets and three power outlets, staying connected and juiced up on the road is a piece of cake.

Now, let’s talk about flexibility. You can choose between second-row captain’s chairs or a 60/40 split-folding bench, depending on your crew and cargo needs. The 2024 TX shares some design DNA with the new Toyota Grand Highlander, riding on the GA-K platform.

With 20.1 cubic feet of room behind the third row, 57.4 cubic feet behind the second row, and a whopping 97 cubic feet when you fold both rows down flat, you’ve got all the storage you could want.
