However, for those who prioritize range over speed, the Kia EV9 RWD Long Range model boasts a colossal 99.8-kWh battery paired with a 201 horsepower motor, resulting in a 0 to 62 mph acceleration time of 9.4 seconds. When equipped with 19-inch wheels, this model is estimated to achieve a range of over 336 miles on the W L T P test cycle.
But the true pièce de résistance lies in the EV9 All wheel drive range-topper, with the same mammoth battery as the Long Range model. Two electric motors work in tandem to generate an impressive 380 horsepower and a combined 442 pound-feet of torque, propelling the electric SUV from 0 to 62 mph in a brisk 6.0 seconds.
