Jeep Vacationeer Concept at Easter Jeep Safari 2024

Sporting a refreshing mint green exterior, the Jeep Vacationeer concept emerges as a top-tier SUV that effortlessly blends comfort and adventurous spirit with its advanced features, while paying homage to Jeep’s iconic history. It notably includes a touch of nostalgia through unique side graphics reminiscent of the classic Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer of yesteryears, beloved for their journeys across cities and countryside from the late ’60s to the early ’90s.

Equipped to tackle the rugged trails of Moab, the Jeep Vacationeer sports 35-inch BFGoodrich mud-terrain tires mounted on 18×9-inch Method racing wheels, offering an added 1.5 inches of height for unparalleled off-roading capabilities. The vehicle’s appearance is further enhanced by enlarged wheel openings and side flares.

For added durability, the concept features skid plates at both ends to protect its underbelly, along with a front-mounted Warn winch for navigating through tough terrains. Lighting the path ahead, three 11-inch TYRI LED lights are perched on the front of the white, Rhino-lined roof, ensuring outstanding visibility.

Atop sits a tailor-made, carbon-fiber RedTail Overland Skyloft, providing a climate-controlled haven with sleeping arrangements for two and ample windows to enjoy the vast, scenic views.

The conventional seating arrangement has been reimagined to integrate the Skyloft seamlessly, including a weatherproof passage from the Jeep’s interior to the Skyloft. This setup is complemented by a sliding door for easy movement between spaces, and a cleverly designed step that serves as a functional table.

The vehicle’s cargo area is prepared for all sorts of outdoor adventures, featuring a bed-lined floor that’s resilient against the elements, perfect for dealing with sudden rain or dirty equipment.

In a collaboration with Kiel James Patrick, a prominent fashion designer and a fervent admirer of the Wagoneer, the Jeep Vacationeer’s front seats are crafted in Tupelo leather. Patrick’s design, inspired by his deep-rooted love for American heritage, incorporates a unique fabric pattern that celebrates classic Jeep models with a nod to New England charm.

Patrick shares his deep connection with the Jeep Wagoneer, expressing how it’s woven into the fabric of his life’s most memorable adventures. His engagement with this project underlines his lifelong passion for Jeep and its legacy.

Under the hood, the Jeep Vacationeer is powered by a 3.0-liter Hurricane Twin Turbo 510 engine, boasting 510 horsepower and 500 lb.-ft. of torque. This robust engine ensures top-notch performance and is more fuel-efficient compared to the traditional V-8 and turbocharged six-cylinder engines found in its competitors.
