There’s never been such a short gap between two Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este contests as this winter. The resoundingly successful Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este of last October proved an inspiration to us all – and now we are once again in the midst of planning our forthcoming rendezvous. Undoubtedly no less than you, we are looking forward to the many treasured gems that will line up in the parkland of the Grand Hotel Villa d’Este for the impressive presentation from 20th to 22nd May 2022. Our Selecting Committee has this time succeeded in choosing an exciting and exquisite field of contributors in record time.
The upcoming Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este will be dedicated to some major anniversaries. We are sure you can already imagine today how many exciting and unique topics will captivate us in May 2022. BMW M GmbH, the very brief cypher for motor sport, is already privileged to look back on half a century. The topic of motor sport is also reflected at Ferrari. The brand symbolised by the legendary Cavallino rampante or Prancing Horse will be 75 years old. The Grand Hotel Villa d’Este is coming up to an even more impressive landmark anniversary. In 2022, this luxury residence will celebrate its 150th season as a world-class hotel.
Similar to last autumn, this year’s Concorso will be held on Saturday and Sunday in the grounds of Villa d’Este. However, unlike last year we are able to permit a larger number of visitors since the hygiene regulations have now been relaxed.
